Terms of Service

These terms govern the service provided by Wealth and Wisdom House LLC under the brand DMH Results.
This agreement is between you (the client) and DMH Results (“we”, “us” or “our”). By hiring our service, you accept the following terms.
1. Our offer
We optimize your business’s digital presence to help you attract more customers consistently, without depending on you answering every call or message.
2. Scope of service
- Professional web presence
- Local search optimization
- Automated contact and lead-handling system
- Ongoing maintenance and support
- Periodic activity report
3. Subscription model and payments
The service is billed on a recurring monthly basis. We recommend a minimum period of 3 months, as this is the usual time needed for a professional website and local search optimization to produce visible results. That said, you are free to cancel the service whenever you want.
4. Service guarantee
We guarantee that our system will respond to contacts received through the channels we manage (WhatsApp, web or others enabled as part of the service).
If this does not happen, we will not bill you for the following month.
We do not guarantee that those contacts will turn into jobs or customers for your business, as that depends on factors outside our service (availability, pricing, schedule fit, among others).
5. Cancellation
You may cancel the service at any time by notifying us at least 7 days before your next billing date.
6. What we need from you
To provide the service, we may require access to certain accounts or tools belonging to your business. We will notify you before making any relevant change.
7. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee specific commercial results beyond the guarantee described in section 4. The service is provided with the professional diligence customary in the industry.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. We will notify you of any substantial change.
9. SMS alerts
Business owners who opt in during onboarding receive text message alerts from DMH Results about calls handled by their virtual assistant, such as emergencies and messages taken. Message frequency varies with call volume. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; you will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@dmhresults.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
